  0 STARS for customer service. They leave you on hold for 30+ minutes before they even pick up the phone to inquire what you are calling for. Just a never ending loop of crappy hold music, promising "Your call will be answered by the next available representative", but no one ever picks up the phone. How can a business run in such poor manner? Absolutely terrible customer service.
