  I've lived here for 4 years on and off. The community itself is good. Every time I need something fixed, David is right there the next day helping me out. However, I left the first time because they increased my rent within the first two years to an extra 400$. I moved in with a friend for the 3rd year and I came back on the 4th year since rent was cheap. Well it is time to renew my lease, and they want to up my rent an extra 200$. God forbid trying to talk to the property manager, she is either to busy leaving early or "managing." what a disappointment to have to leave again for the same reason I left the first time.

  This is an update to my post below. Upon moving out last year and according to the walk through staff, I left the apartment is great condition. To my surprise the complex kept my deposit money. For the past six months my husband has sent countless emails to Anne Abouo, phone calls and a letter showing that withholding of the deposit was not stipulated in the lease. We’ve received no response to date which I think I s very dishonest of them. Hopefully this helps the next tenant to address deposit refund before they move in.
  
  I've been living here since Dec 1, 2013. I moved from Virginia to here and I've been happy with the management of the complex and in particular Anne Abouo, one of the leasing consultants . Her willingness to always help us out when she can makes the world of difference. She's always been super friendly and professional and we appreciate it tremendously.
  
  I would also like to compliment the maintenance manager and his team on their timeliness and follow through when we have had any service issues. Also on the upkeep of the property.
  
  The reason why I'm not giving this complex a 4 or 5 star review is mainly because the rent keeps increasing and no renovations have been done to our apartment or to the exterior of the complex to justify the increase. When we first moved the rent was acceptable, now it has increased by $200 per month. Additionally, they've removed services we previously had when we first signed our lease such as printing and copying. However, I would still like to thank and show our appreciation to the above mentioned staff.
