  Very unprofessional. Came in early for an appointment at 2:30 and at 3:15 was still waiting to be seen in an office with 2 tax prep specialists, 1 receptionist, and 0 customers other than myself. Mediocre English skills, so you may want to speak Spanish if you plan on going to this office. Estimated cost was $220, so I called and found a local store that did the same job for $80. I went right down the street to "Fast Tax" and their employee Jim got me almost $2,000 back, was way more professional, and spoke English. Moral of the story: if you're coming here just stop by Fast Tax in the Publix shopping center 2 blocks south and save yourself some money and headache.
