  Clearly they have a misunderstanding of the word/name patient. Patient is a person, not something a person needs to be to visit this Dr's office. Visited the Dr here several times and had scheduled appointments. Waited 45 min - 1 hr just to get into a room then another 15-45 min to see the Dr. Dr Ingram is good with the kids and very knowledgable. Once we saw another Dr there as Dr Ingram was busy with an emergency, don't recall her name, but was not impressed by bedside manner or knowledge.
  
  Overall, we will not be returning. And suggest that if you have a lot of time and a lot of patience Dr Ingram may be a good fit for you and the kids...

  My son and my daughter goes here. I like her because she's honest no matter what. Doesn't beat around the bush. I love her..
