  Good luck trying to get them to place an order for you. Even if they already carry the brand the associates and department heads are so absolutely brain dead that they put you on hold endlessly, hang up on you, and NEVER follow up to either tell you a product arrived or can't be ordered. Hard to imagine how the whole chain is still in business because this isn't the only location where I've experienced this, it's just the most recent experience.
