  I had the most amazing experience detoxing my body. As a sport person I have founded a balance, clean, and complete nutritional diet to live a healthy life.

  Right now I am 36 years old. Ever since I was a teenager I have always either been on a diet or was binge eating. 10 years ago I started to do different versions of vegetarian, vegan and gourmet raw modalities. This improved my eating habits and health overall but were not delivering the results I was wanted at the time from the money and effort I was putting in.
  I am extremelly happy that I met Isabelle and started the cleanse. I lost 20 lbs in 30 days but the most importantly is how great I feel. I have the consciousness and the good habits to keep the weight off, my body clean and stay myself out of the food adiction I was in. I feel energized and happy.

  I came into the raw oasis cleanse program because I had been suffering for a few years from insomnia, fatigue, lack of energy, irritable colon, anxiety, hair loss, and PMS symptoms. Due to the lack of energy, I used to crave sugars and drink a lot of coffee and tea during the day.
  Once I began the cleanse protocol I immediately saw incredible changes. The first day, I did not crave sugar, coffee or tea. I felt energetic. After two days within the program, my colon pain was considerably reduced. One week later, insomnia and anxiety were gone. I got my period without pain and bloating. And, by the end of the 21 days program, the hair loss had stopped. I am very grateful to the raw oasis coaching team, Isabell made my cleanse journey easier and achievable. She was very professional, always available to answer my questions, and explain the reactions my body had during the detox. I highly recommend the raw oasis cleanse program.
