  Avoid. My experience here is that the family that run this business have a rare disease that means smiling is fatal to them. Likewise greeting customers. They serve you like you are interrupting something more important they have to do. I walked in. A lady said "hello" and walked into the back room. A sullen teenager came out and said "yes?". Then proceeded to take 10 minutes to enter my package details into his computer without talking to me. Printed out a piece of paper and walked into the back room without saying anything to me. A couple of minutes later an older man came out and without saying hello or even looking at me, told me how much it would be to ship my parcel. I walked out.
  
  Also worth noting they told me on the phone they ship to the UK via UPS, DHL, and USPS, but the older guy said he doesn't do outside the USA via USPS because it's too much trouble for him if a parcel goes missing.

  i can’t thank The UPS Store at Nob Hill Rd , Plantation FL 33322 enough for helping to pack and ship items from my elderly mother’s apartment to her new home in Las Vegas.
  
  Juan and his crew went above and beyond to make the move hassle free for Mom. She shipped over twenty boxes, including irreplaceable family heirlooms, art work, fine china, crystal and TV’s. Everything was expertly packed and arrived without any problems, and the best part was she didn’t even have to leave her apartment, pack a box or go to the UPS store! The staff came to her home and wrapped, packed and took the boxes to the store for shipping. All at a price that was more reasonable than any estimate we had received from the big moving companies.
  
  Juan was extremely easy to deal with and showed much care and patience when helping my mother with her move. I would highly recommend this store. They know how to ship the right way!!!
