  Friendly staff with plenty of tellers to keep lines from getting to long. Makes Chase Bank customer service look like torture. Why can't all banks be like this. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Have been there several times and haven't waited even 5 minutes yet.

  Banker didn't know what's going on with my account, even after I said what it could be, I had to tell her to call someone else and find out. I may cancel my accounts.
