  Regular customers to this particular I Hop. Love this venue, it's ambience, and the excellent customer service that it has always offered..
  Tonight I totally shocked!!!! The customer service was extremely poor and the servers were very unprofessional !!! .
  Two of our food orders were prepared incorrectly and we had to wait very long before we received our correct food orders.
  To our astonishment the server informed my party that there was no manager on duty at this venue.
  How can this be??.
  No Manager!!!
  Hence the reason for this unprofessional and totally unsatisfactory customer service tonight.
  I certainly hope that I would not have to find another I Hop venue as I truly loved this one!

  Always a good meal and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Love the updated look and the restaurant is clean.
