  I have never been as stressed as I was about a move. The company I am with hired a relocation company, who sadly was not much help. I went with an agent and looked for an entire day and found nothing! I was searching on my own as well, and came across Plantation Colony. I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes, and I have never seen higher than a 3.9 rating, when I saw 4.8 I was intrigued. This was the first place I applied to SIGHT UNSEEN. From the first call, to the signing of all the papers, everyone at Plantation Colony, ESPECIALLY Vanessa made it SEAMLESS! I have never felt so at home with a place that I hadn't actually moved into yet! I can not thank you all OR rave enough about the level of compassion, understanding AND professionalism that I received. I highly recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you. :) I can't wait to officially move in next week.

  I have lived in this complex for 3 years now and I have to say this is the best I've come across. It is centrally located, the grounds are always kept nicely, and it is dog friendly which I absolutely love; it even has a small dog park. My dog always drags me to the office to be pampered by the office staff (Vanessa in particular) and I must say she is the best! All of the office staff is amazing, but Vanessa really does go the extra mile in all that she does, and as a resident, it is extremely appreciated! She is dependable, reliable, and the shining star in that office. She cares about her community, residents, and the pups! She does above and beyond of what is expected and necessary and it means more than anyone knows. I feel not only at home (because it is my home lol) but the office staff makes me feel that way as well. Dahaina has always been extremely nice, caring, and very accommodating. They are always doing cute little things/treats for the residents and I think it is amazing! The maintenance staff is always very friendly and at my apartment very promptly if needed. All in all, this is an amazing community to live in!

  After a long day of jumping from apartment to apartment in the local Davie area, we stumbled into Plantation Colony as our 8th one for the day. From the moment we got there, we were welcomed by very friendly staff, notably Vanessa. She helped us by answering all our questions and giving us all the information we needed during our tour. She was able to quote us with a great price and also included benefits for being students at Nova! When we made the decision to apply, we were under a tight time frame due to a meeting we had to run to, and she was very helpful in expediting the process. We were approved the same day and now both look forward to moving into our apartment in June! So far, would recommend it based on the ease of application process, friendliness of staff, and overall community/apartment in general.
