  My husband and I have been taking classes at the Aprons School for several years and honestly don't understand why it's such a well-kept secret. The school offers a wide variety of classes (both hands on and demonstration), the food is consistently delicious, and the chefs are always entertaining. It's like being in the audience of a Food Network show. Their quarterly calendar, including class descriptions and menus, is listed on the Aprons' site, and registration is easy.
