  I've eaten dinner at this location several times. Each time the service has gotten steadily worse. Last night I had the worst waiter there ever. I don't understand it either because he started out friendly but then he decided to disappear on us and never check on us again. I guess it was beneath him and he expected the food runners to handle it from that point?? But it was terrible service and there was no reason not to check back on the table. These people work for tips right?? And the real killer was that for a Friday night the place wasn't even very busy at all so it wasn't like the waiter was too busy or overwhelmed to pay attention to us. I'm not unreasonable because I am in the service industry and I know that at times waiters can get over whelmed with too many tables but the place was half empty The reason we even went there this time was for the french fries which you can get refills of for free. And the refills asked for never came. I even talked to the manager and still the fries never came. We did nothing wrong, we were not problem patrons and were very pleasant until the very end when we just wanted our bill to get out of there. It's really too bad because the food is pretty good but this location is terrible. If you want a burger and fries seriously there's just about anywhere else to go. I will say that the location in Pembroke Pines is much better so if you like Red Robin go there instead and avoid this location. Personally I hope this location closes eventually!
