  DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I could leave a review and give negative stars. First off let me say the office staff (front desk and X-ray tech) are very kind so this review shouldn’t reflect negatively on them. However, the doctor isn’t in half the time, and the PA has no idea what he’s doing! I came in after injuring my foot, got X-rays, and sat in to see the PA. Now, triage is absent here (so a sore throat gets seen before a broken foot.) After waiting 30 minutes to see the doctor (i had to wait until after he told the previous patient their strep test was negative) he comes in my room and says my ankle isn’t broken and I’m good to go. Umm, my ankle? I’m not here for my ankle. He said “oh I’m sorry, let me go review it again.” Walks out, looks, and walks back In to tell my my toes were fine, too. My toes?!? It’s the middle of my foot! Please assess me! I had to basically go out of the room and review my X-rays on my own. I pointed out a possible hairline fracture and he decided then to send my results out to a radiologist. Are you kidding me?! 1. He never once introduced himself to me, still don’t know his name. 2. He never identified me (standard of care.) 3. He didn’t asses me at all! Didn’t even ask where the pain was. I had to ask him to feel my navicular and cuboid bones because I felt the pain was radiating (common in foot injuries) and couldn’t tell the area I injured. 4. Sent me home to RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) my foot without any treatment. I had to ask for ice... that’s how bad this place is. No boot or anything. I followed up with a podiatrist (elsewhere obviously) because I still thought it was broken. The podiatrist said my foot was extremely swollen and small fractures take a week or so to show on X-ray... finally someone who knows something. I have multiple sprains and a possible fracture on my lateral cuneiform. Was given steroid injections and a walking boot because I’m not supposed to walk on it the next couple days. This just goes to show you what standard of care SHOULD look like.
  
  Do NOT go here for anything other than cold/flu care. Healthy goals of 2020 want people to go to urgent care facilities if they aren’t dying (respiratory, heart, circulation, etc) and yet these places have no idea what they are doing. A break/fracture/sprain should be able to be managed here, BUT IT’S NOT! Stay away for your own good.
